Trading contracts for difference (CFDs) on forex, precious metals, and indices carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The value of your investments can fall as well as rise, and you may receive back less than you originally invested. You should never invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
CFD trading involves the use of leverage, which can magnify both profits and losses. Trading on margin means that a small adverse movement in the market can result in a loss significantly greater than your initial deposit. You should fully understand how leverage works before trading and should consider whether it is appropriate for you given your financial circumstances.
Financial markets can be highly volatile. Prices can change rapidly in response to economic data releases, geopolitical events, central bank decisions, and other factors. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. There is no guarantee that any trading strategy will generate consistent profits.
During periods of high market volatility or low trading activity, bid-offer spreads may widen significantly. In extreme market conditions, it may not be possible to execute orders at the quoted price, and slippage may occur. Certain instruments may experience reduced liquidity during overnight hours or around major economic announcements.
Electronic trading is subject to risks associated with internet connectivity, software malfunctions, and hardware failures. Henglee Financial Group Limited cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the trading platform. You are responsible for maintaining adequate technology infrastructure and connectivity for trading purposes.
CFD trading involves counterparty and operational risks, including platform, liquidity, settlement, and service-provider risks. You should assess the relevant risks before commencing trading.
If your account base currency differs from the currency of the instruments you trade, exchange rate fluctuations may affect the value of your positions and overall account balance.
Nothing on this website, or provided by Henglee Financial Group Limited in any other form, constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. You should seek independent financial advice if you are unsure whether CFD trading is appropriate for you.
By opening an account with Henglee Financial Group Limited, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure Statement. You acknowledge that trading CFDs involves substantial risk of loss and that you are solely responsible for all trading decisions made through your account.
